Pure Life Farm is a 180 acre farm located just over 1 mile south of Gerty, OK, 1.7 miles west of Highway 75, 100 miles from OKC or Tulsa and 150 miles from DFW.  This location makes it an ideal meeting spot for anyone who has family in both Tulsa and DFW.  

This property is approximately 1/3 wooded and 2/3 open.  The wooded area is primarily around a nice draw that runs northwest to southeast and consists of mature hardwoods.  This area is great for deer hunting and has a small wet weather stream running through it.  We have trail camera photos showing some nice bucks, and a bearded hen and will update with more as we get them.  A new pond was recently built in this draw and will be a great fishing pond once stocked.  Before the pond was built, there were small springs that came out in this draw during the wet season.  Those will now be feeding water into the bottom of the lake.  While taking pictures, we found several nice rubs and scrapes that were made recently.   

The open area is used as a hay area is an almost perfectly flat expanse of Class 3 loamy sand soils.  It was baled September 2022 and produced 203 round bales of hay.  The condition of the meadow is excellent and has a nice mixture of bermuda and rye grass. 

In addition, water and electric are already on the property.  This was once a homestead, and we think it would make an ideal spot to build a new home and possible even a barn or shop.  It would be a great place to create your own homestead and enjoy the peace and tranquility of rural living.
