Hightower Ranch
Description
Hightower Ranch is a 180 acre parcel located just south of Gerty, OK, 1.7 miles west of Highway 75, 100 miles from OKC or Tulsa and 150 miles from DFW. This property is approximately 1/3 wooded and 2/3 open. The wooded area is primarily around a nice draw that runs northwest to southeast. This area is great for deer hunting and has a small wet weather stream running through it and looks to be a really nice location to build a 3 acre lake. While taking pictures, we found several nice rubs and scrapes that were made recently. The open area is used as a hay area is an almost perfectly flat expanse of Class 3 loamy sand soils. The condition of the meadow is excellent and has a nice mixture of bermuda and rye grass. In addition, water and electric are already on the property. With almost a mile of road frontage on two sides, utilities and good flat ground, this property would be ideal for a small farm or to buy and break up into smaller parcels.
