Cattail Creek Ranch is a 38.5 acre property located in Bromide, Oklahoma-just a two hour drive from either the OKC or Dallas metro and a short 35 mile drive from Durant, Oklahoma. You'll also find that Cattail Creek features a shallow cow pond on the southern end that's currently dry, but this area could easily be improved with a little work-the Land Doctors construction crew is always standing by should you need a little help. Fences are in generally good shape, but there are a few areas that could some TLC. This property features county water and electric and is easily accessed via a road that runs the northern length of the property and another that comes to the southwest corner of the property.
